The Company

We are excited to partner with a prominent local conglomerate that boasts over 30 offices and a workforce of 5,000 employees worldwide. We are partnering with them to recruit a Hong Kong-based Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, reporting directly to the Global Head of HR.

The Role

The responsibilities of this role will include the overhaul of the compensation and benefits function, which involves tasks such as salary benchmarking, job profiling, STI, LTI, and executive compensation. They will also need to review the existing salary range and establish the C&B function as a centre of excellence concept. This is a great opportunity that will contribute to the development of the C&B function.

The Individual

We are seeking an experienced professional to work at a senior level, collaborating with senior executives. The ideal candidate should have extensive global/regional experience and a successful track record in overseeing compensation and benefits in a multinational organisation. Although it would be preferable for the candidate to be based in Hong Kong to support business operations in China, we welcome applicants from Singapore and mainland China. Furthermore, the company is open to considering talented individuals who are still in the early stages of their careers.
