The Company

We are working with a leading, well-respected financial services group with a broad, progressive portfolio and a reputation for innovation and growth. The company is in transformation mode, and as part of its efforts to drive change through acquisition, they are looking to identify a Head of Performance & Reward. The position will be based in London, UK and will play a vital role in the company’s future success.

The Role

In this highly visible role, you will report directly to a progressive and inspirational Chief HR Officer. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic thought leadership, partnership, advice, and coaching across the entire function. You will also be responsible for the full remuneration committee, reporting to the Board. Your key priorities will be to plan and implement M&A integration/harmonisation, create a new benefits roadmap, automate processes, manage performance and succession, promote DEI, improve systems, address pay gaps, and strengthen the team’s capabilities to support business growth and become ‘best in class.’  

The Individual

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with significant experience in Total Rewards leadership and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in working within a highly regulated environment as well as experience working with Remuneration Committees, Boards, and Non-Executive Directors, preferably in financial services or related sectors. M&A, transformation, automation, technology, and knowledge related to topics such as DEI and pay gaps will be highly desirable. The successful candidate should have high gravitas, credibility, and commercial acumen.
