The Company
We are representing a sustainable and growing international manufacturing company. Our client has almost 20,000 employees across numerous countries, generating sales of several billion euros.
The Role
The Country Human Resources Lead heads up operations in the Netherlands. The key priority is leading and developing the HR team including cultural transformation, attraction and retention of talent as well as modernisation and digitalisation of HR processes.
The Individual
We are looking for an individual with a strong HR leadership track record with experience from the manufacturing sector. Should have worked internationally and collaborated with stakeholders across an organisation, e.g. other units, CoE. Experience in leading global implementation, or renewal of HR processes and systems, or leading general HR project on a regional or global level is desired. Should have experience and interest in managing labor relations, ideally in the manufacturing sector. Experience collaborating with Works Council is preferred. The individual should have strong change management skills and substantial project management experience – the ability to drive, coordinate and complete HR projects as well as a positive, “glass half full”-mentality and an eagerness to roll up the sleeves and lead by example. They should be independent with a pro-active attitude, have the ability to identify areas of improvement and constructively address them to drive change, monitor results, adjust, involve relevant stakeholders, hold people accountable, convince and influence across the organisation. Self-driven, self-motivated with exceptional communication and influencing skills. A Master’s level qualification in an associated discipline and a employee relations background is desirable. Needs to be fluent in English, whilst Dutch is an advantage.
