This pharmaceutical organisation is well-known in the industry and is a multinational market leader known for its innovation and quality. The company has a track record of strong financial performance and is currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their business.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, this newly created role will partner with senior Executives and Business Leaders across the organisation’s commercial divisions and corporate functions, ensuring an aligned People and Business agenda while making a significant contribution to the implementation and achievement of business goals.
You will bring a minimum of 10 years experience of working in senior HR business partnering roles with a focus on transformation, leadership development, performance management, talent management and change all within a fast-paced and complex matrix environment. You should be familiar with partnering effectively with specialists in Centre of Excellence teams. Fluent business English is mandatory and fluency in German would be a definite advantage.
