The Company

We are delighted to partner with a major international consumer goods organisation with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. We are helping them to appoint a Taiwan Head of HR.

The Role

The Taiwan Head of HR will provide overall functional leadership for the Taiwan business. It will head a team of around ten direct reports across multiple locations, leading the function’s full spectrum of HR programs and aligning the strategic people plans with business objectives. As a key member of the leadership team, the Taiwan Head of HR is the trusted HR advisor to business leaders and is in a position of true influence on key strategic business partnering matters across the organisation. The role will collaborate, implement and secure alignment with managers related to the implementation of People’s policies, practices and programs within their functions and the overall organisation, ensuring compliance with any relevant local labour statutory requirements.  

The Individual

You will require an extensive generalist background and have experience leading highly commercial, multi-geography HR functions previously. This experience should show where you have been tasked with the continuous improvement of the function’s delivery and increased customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and quality execution of core HR processes, with minimal disruptions. You must capable of driving high level organisational performance and employee engagement agendas possessing the ability to offer proactive strategic input that enables the continuous improvement in developing key HR activities.
