Our client is an American multinational corporation with multiple global subsidiaries across manufacturing, technical and investment sectors and is one of the largest private companies in the USA. For this specific role, we are supporting a newly established arm of the company which is providing shared services to the entirety of the organisation and its affiliates, across the world. Talent Solutions is one of the shared services provided, other services include C&B, L&D, HR SSC, HRIS etc.
To ensure local practices and processes related to talent acquisition align with the corporate vision and strategy. The role will support the Asia Director in managing and developing the local Talent Solution Team of recruiters who supports mid-career and new graduate recruitment and assist in executing a best-in-class recruitment strategy and selection approach that reflects the culture and values. This role also includes development of sourcing strategies and management of recruitment vendors, developing our college relations, branding and overall technology programmes.
The successful individual will be able to manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the business in which the team will support, the role requirements and desired profiles of candidates to attract the right virtues and talents into the business. You will need five years’ experience as a recruiter in MNC with employee numbers exceeding 500. With at least two years’ experience leading a recruitment team.
