This fast-growth global organization is going through a period of exciting and significant change, and as a result they have the opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to transform their newly transformed TA function. This is a great opportunity to have real visibility by driving innovation that will attract top talent to a market-leading organization.
Based in London, this role will focus on optimizing the current TA strategy and operations, making changes where required. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the role will be responsible for evolving the newly transformed TA function to support the progression of the organization. The role encompasses the full spectrum of TA, including early career, lateral, executive, RPO, employer branding and processes/infrastructure.
Proven ability as a senior talent acquisition team leader and mentor is a must, as well as experience managing recruitment internationally in a complex matrix environment. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in consulting and/or technology. The ability to handle fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity will be crucial to success. Further experience in a broader talent capacity is a distinct advantage.
