The Company

We are partnering with a listed multinational organisation in the industrial sector. The company is looking to enhance its HR capabilities and is now seeking a Global HR Business Partner based in Singapore.

The Role

The Global HR Business Partner is crucial for the continued growth and development of the sales and marketing commercial portfolio, which is the biggest and most important function within the company. This role will lead and/or participate in critical HR projects for one of the portfolios, and alongside the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Global HR Business Partner will help shape the people strategy and deliver people priorities that align with the business direction. One of the key priorities is to co-lead change management efforts in implementing the organisation’s vision and structural changes, driving cultural transformation programs in collaboration with key stakeholders.  

The Individual

We are looking for an intelligent and ambitious HR leader. This role is part of a global HR team that loves collaborating, taking risks, sharing new ideas and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate should have gone through or taken part in a massive HR transformation journey. The individual must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and outcome-oriented culture.
