We are representing a leading and growing Swiss manufacturer of highly innovative medical devices. The company has more than 10,000 employees, is presented in over 100 countries and generates sales of several billions CHF.
This position will report to the CHRO directly and lead a team of five Reward professionals. The purpose of the role is to develop and govern future-orientated and sustainable grading and renumeration systems in addition to developing reward products that will engage and drive a high-performance culture.
We are looking for an accomplished, global, Reward and Performance specialist who has sound experience of leading a team in a complex, global organisation. Our client requires both a degree in business administration (or similar) and appropriate further education in Reward and general business skills. Any training and/or experience in ‘design thinking’ would be highly valued. You will also have at least 10 years’ experience as a reward expert across the agenda including compensation and benefits, performance management, general management. Any specific experience working in Swiss listed companies, with REMCO responsibilities would be an advantage. Any additional experience across the HR lifecycle and or project management would also be greatly valued. This person will be an entrepreneurial thinker and leader with strong strategic influence, but who also likes to get involved and drive results. High degree of executive presence is essential as are analytical skills and an assertive, persuasive style. Business English is essential, addition language abilities would be great to have.
