The Company

We are representing a global and market leading US organisation in the Pharmaceutical sector. The company has a sizeable and strong footprint across EMEA and the business is going from strength to strength across the region. As a result they are continuously looking to drive improvements and efficiencies and are embarking on an agenda of change and transformation. Given this the need has arisen to recruit a Talent Acquisition professional to join the Recruitment function and help to build out and drive a cohesive and progressive function across the EMEA region.

The Role

Reporting into the International Head of Talent Acquisition and based in the EMEA regional hub in Greater London, you will lead and drive all Recruitment activities across the 20+ countries with a focus on the UK, France, Spain, Germany and Benelux. Collaborating closely with your global colleagues you will help to establish an aligned approach, building a strategic, value-add, direct sourcing model. The role will cover the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition from Executive Recruitment through to lateral, as well as tying in Employer Branding and Value Proposition and ad hoc Talent Acquisition related projects. Given the dynamic culture, fast pace and change agenda, this will be a challenging and exciting position, offering the opportunity to truly add value and support the growth of a blue-chip, tier one organisation.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional from blue chip, multi-national corporations, ideally with solid expertise and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector. You will have UK and Europe experience and be comfortable driving a function across multiple locations. Experience and comfort working in a changing and transforming environment will be highly desirable, enabling you to navigate complexities and adapt to a fluid working environment. You will be able to operate and engage at a senior, strategic level but given this is a ‘build-out’ role you will also need to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and deliver at a more tactical level as well. Above all you will be a highly credible, enthusiastic and passionate individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ approach.
