This role requires experience as an HR leader of an ASX listed company. Working with the CEO and the Board, take responsibility for end to end HR across the business. Your own success will be measured by your ability to set and implement a progressive People & Culture strategy that supports an agile and scalable business model. As you interact with the board, they will require a new remuneration and rewards programs to further fuel high performance. In line with the growth trajectory and projections all aspects of Talent Management, Organizational design and the further enhancement of Leadership Development programs are high on the agenda. Your ability to bring a digital tool kit of tangible solutions will help differentiate you.
You will be motivated by joining a fast-growing medium sized business where you can absolutely make this role your own. While always focusing on the longer term and requirements of senior stakeholders you will continue be hands on with your team and the business to ensure short term priorities get delivered. Experience working across professional services type companies will be highly desirable your previous exposure to ASX listed companies will give you a significant advantage.
