This business has been hugely successful across all its markets and is truly a global leader in their industry. They have grown progressively over the years and are now driving a revolution in the industry and this means they are looking at totally changing their operating structure. We have worked with this business across various other regions and are delighted to be helping them source for this new position to support the business as it operates more effectively across the globe. The role will be ideally based in Switzerland, Lausanne with a lot of flexibility in terms of the work environment. There is also a possibility to work on this on an interim basis for 1-2 years.
The scope of the role is to drive the transformation across all operational elements of the business, including the supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing, looking at improving overall business performance in developing a culture of innovation and a customer centric consumer-based approach. Whilst not only creating a more effective leadership team but by driving the change through the leaders and the HRBP’s in the various parts of the business. Currently the business led project is underway but what’s needed is a more dedicated focus to driving the OD elements of the change process. Reporting to the Global Head of OD and Organisational Effectiveness, and working closely with numerous business and HR leaders across the business/globe. You will have responsibility for the strategic planning, design and day to day running of the various projects.
You will have worked at the very least with an international business either in regional or global remits and ideally lived overseas. Ideally you will have worked in various Industries and with relevant exposure to OD and Change in significant business transformations. Most importantly you will need to be someone that can influence and manage stakeholders across complex and ever changing priorities and be able to balance the business deliverables whilst being effective on the day to day challenges.
