The Role

HR Enterprise team is seeking a Head of HR Data Governance to drive a data transformation to improve the data governance, enrichment, and security across a diverse HR-related data set that spans multiple systems and processes. The Head of HR Data Governance will start a new data governance practice within the HR organization. Based in New York, you will play a key role in providing input to senior leadership to make significant impactful decisions that will affect the HR and other enterprise functions. You will work across teams in Engineering, Finance and Business Planning/Reporting to establish a data governance structure that will include data definitions, mapped process flows, efficient data capture, storage and security, and continuous improvement to data usability and quality.  

The Individual

We are looking for a Data Governance/Quality leader with experience running programs in a global organization. The individual must possess strong technical knowledge and understanding of master and reference data elements, processes and organizational support models. An ability to motivate change across various teams, gain stakeholder consensus and lead strategic initiatives is paramount in this role.
