The Role

HR Enterprise team is seeking a Head of HR Data Governance to drive a data transformation to improve the data governance, enrichment, and security across a diverse HR-related data set that spans multiple systems and processes. The Head of HR Data Governance will start a new data governance practice within the HR organization. It will play a key role in providing input to senior leadership to make big impactful decisions that will affect the HR and other enterprise functions. It will work across teams in Engineering, Finance and Business Planning/Reporting to establish a data governance structure that will include data definitions, mapped process flows, efficient data capture, storage and security, and continuous improvement to data usability and quality. This is a unique opportunity for an HR business leader who has a passion for data and a desire to carve out a career path in managing people data for a world wide recognized leader in the finance and technology sector.  

The Individual

We are looking for a Data Governance leader with experience running programs in a global organization. An ability to motivate change across various teams, gain stakeholder consensus and lead strategic initiatives is paramount in this role. Proven ability to independently analyze and solve complex problems involving data quality issues, system response time, business rules conflicts. Experience partnering, collaborating and communicating with business stakeholders. The ability to work independently under pressure with frequent deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal skills both written and verbal, especially as it relates to support and influencing data governance and data quality program.
