The Role

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, this HR Director will partner closely with the leadership team, a team of HR business partners, and will enable all aspects of HR across the business units, including talent management, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, compliance and reporting. Leading a small HR team of specialists, this role will include recruiting, employee engagement, workforce management, performance management, leadership development and succession planning.

You will have a reputation as a high performer who has the potential to be a topflight HR leader in one of the worlds most admired conglomerations. - Experience in the manufacturing industry supporting plant/factory operations are valuable. - Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations and the ability to work with blue collar employees helpful. - Experience in large multi-national corporations is required although experience working with local companies is relevant. - An energetic and agile style you are ambitious to make your mark and progress your career to the highest levels.
