The Role

The HRBP Lead stands out as a highly visible and influential position within the leadership community. By emphasising a strategic HRBP approach and collaborating closely with the COE team, this position will drive meaningful outcomes that align with the organisation’s priorities. The Individual

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional with a strong HRBP foundation, mature insights, and a proven ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, with the capacity to anticipate business needs and develop innovative HR solutions that align with organisational goals. A key aspect of this role is the ability to influence and partner with senior key stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration and driving impactful initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to earning trust and alignment at the leadership level. While prior experience in a relevant industry is highly preferred, adaptability and the ability to quickly understand and contribute to new business contexts are equally important.
