This company is a high-growth tech start-up that is already successful with thousands of multinational organisations as clients around the world. They are seeking a strategic EMEA HR Director to join the expanding business and work with senior leaders on strategic innovation and growth projects. Based in Berlin, this is a new and exciting role that has plenty of scope to shape the focus of this pre-IPO business.
This role will focus on driving the organisational and HR strategy through influencing, whilst taking a consultative and pragmatic approach. While there is a definite need for an experienced HR Business Partner, there is also some expertise in Talent and Organisational Development required to manage this primarily sales and marketing population. This role is working with dynamic and highly intellectual leaders on exciting growth projects, working in a fast-moving and complex organisation.
The individual must have strong HR business partnering experience within a fast-paced international environment and be adept at managing demanding senior stakeholders. They must bring previous experience working in the tech/online industry. They will have solid exposure to M&A/growth projects, be truly flexible and should have extensive regional or global experience. They will have the maturity and experience to grow and mentor a team in a complex environment. They bring both an operational and strategic perspective and are seen as a self-starter who will lead by example.
