Our client is a luxury European fashion brand that specialises in shoes, bags, and accessories. With a global presence, the company has a unique proposition in the market and is expanding their team in Asia. We are seeking an Asia Associate Director of HR to join their team.

The Role

Reporting to the APAC Head of HR, the Asia Associate Director Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions across the Asia Pacific region. This includes business partnering closely with country leaders, managing retail workforce, developing organisational capability and fostering an open and performance driven culture. The ideal individual should have strong regional experience and a deep understanding of the retail workforce.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced HR leader with a strong background in the retail industry, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region. They will possess deep knowledge of the retail workforce and be able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. The successful individual will have a sophisticated style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different markets.
