This extremely well-known global business in the professional services sector is a global leader in many areas of its business and with strong ambitions to become the leader in the remaining areas of its business. There is a very strong theme of innovation through a variety of significant investments and critical hires into the business to help drive the changes required. This is a newly created role that will work globally with a blend of different business Heads, HR Heads and locations but also be parent of a very strong and diverse central team.
This role will report to the Group Head of OD who in turn reports into the CHRO, although as you would imagine there are multiple stakeholders to partner and influence from Brazil to China and many places inbetweening between. It’s an interesting and complex environment and the role will be very partnering focused forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger global organisation across numerous business units. Essential areas of focus will be very much in the OD arena but will include a lot of work around change management and also Analytics. This is a leadership role and will have direct responsibility for 4-5 people.
Ideally you have a blend of experience in a variety of industries including Consulting. You should have worked in large global organsiations going through significant business transformation and change. You should be in Zurich or be prepared to move close by and be prepared to be both strategic and hands on in the detail. You will be able to work well under pressure and work across multiple time zones. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there is a small team to lead.
