Our client is a world-famous temperature system manufacturing and building maintenance company with nearly 60,000 employees globally.

The Role

The Country HRBP Lead will work very closely with, and report directly to the overseas HQ, taking part in a transition through recent acquisition. The Country HRBP Lead will own the BP function for Japan managing a medium to large team depending on timing and capability of the incumbent. While working hands on, the Country HRBP Lead will also need to keep an eye on building the future team and aligning global standards with Japan.
