Reporting to the HR Director, the Head of Talent Management will lead a small team across the learning and development, talent management and talent acquisition functions. Partnering with the senior management team, you will guide strategic thinking and develop innovative solutions to support the organisation’s strategic goals. Priorities for the role include talent acquisition, capability and development assessment programs, pipelining and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years leading teams and prior experience leading talent across acquisition, management and organisational development. Both strategic and hands-on capabilities are essential. Resilience, resourcefulness and strong influencing skills are required to succeed in this role.
