The BeNeLux region is one with huge opportunity and we are excited to be leading the search to identify a high calibre HR Director to be based in Eindhoven.
As part of a wider reorganisation and new direction across senior leadership, the HR Director will play a critical role in supporting the Group HR function and the business in the BeNeLux region, essentially the Netherlands and Belgium. Reporting to the CEO for the region and dotted line to the CHRO. The role will require a real focus around integration and harmonisation and there will be impacts around works councils and industrial relations, legal entity mergers/terms & conditions; so strengths in this area will be essential. Core HR strategy will be around the full talent agenda, from employer branding, talent acquisition and talent management.
To be successful, the HR Director will need to be able to navigate and be strong not only domestically and around local legislation; but also used to international multinationals and ideally matrixed, complex and transformative environments. You should also be innovative, commercial, process driven and tech focused; in addition to bringing a track record of success in cultural change and an organisational design/effectiveness mindset. High EQ, influencing and relationship building skills will be critical to success and finally experience dealing with commercial and sales populations. Ideally you will know what good looks like having worked for a well respected HR organisation whilst also having small company experience where ‘things need to happen’.
