The Company

This is a leading, global consumer organisation with a well-known market-leading brand. As the company goes through exciting transformation to continue success and growth for generations to come, they are looking for an experienced HRBP to head up a new division focused around strategy and future innovation.

The Role

Based in Paris, this newly created global HR business partnering role will see you responsible for a small yet highly skilled and diverse population that includes; technology, analytics, research, design, brand marketing and communication. This group will help design and drive insight, strategy and innovation through to implementation across the product portfolio and will be organised in a highly agile way.  

The Individual

To be successful you will have a track record of HR experience gained in organisations that have been through similar transformations focused around agile methodologies and organisational thinking. FMCG, consumer, manufacturing or related industry experience preferred but not essential. Crucially, you should know what true innovation and strategic OD/capability building looks like and be a fluent French speaker.
