With significant growth forecast and a transformative change across the talent agenda, we are leading the search to identify an HR Business Partner to support the growing major projects business group.

The Role

Reporting to the business unit leader, this HR leader will provide strategic guidance to drive the development of the talent plan to support the rapid growth plans for the group. Supporting the Americas Major Projects team, this person will work closely with the broader global team and will support leaders in building a high performing team that embraces a culture of inclusion and belonging.  

The Individual

Candidates will have a strong business partner background with proven ability to partner and influence leaders at all levels. With well-developed business acumen this individual will have the proven ability of developing and implementing business-focused HR solutions. Candidates will be strong across the fundamentals of HR including organizational design, talent acquisition, change management, strategic workforce planning and compensation. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on execution excellence.
