The Role

The Senior Manager, Talent Development provides leadership and consulting support aligned with business strategies to build organisational capability throughout the company. Through consistent deployment of corporate training, these talent development programs meet the unique requirements of the organisation. Based in Tokyo, this role will manage a team of three.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate for this role would possesshas a diverse set of skills and experience in talent development and management. Specifically, they would have experience in developing management and leadership programs, as well as strong facilitation skills to deliver training and workshops. In addition, the candidate should have experience in leadership assessment and development, with a focus on working with competencies.
