With a presence in over 10 markets throughout Asia Pacific, our client is now looking to bolster its ranks by appointing a Group Learning and Development Leadership Lead to support its growth in the APAC region. The organisation services millions of people and generations of family all over world with its comprehensive insurance coverage plans.
Reporting to the Group Head of Learning, and will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results. The individual will design and roll out milestone programmes for managers and core development learning programmes for all employees. This role will provide support at the local level in customisation and modification of programmes to ensure effectiveness at the local setting.
The successful role-holder will be credible, results driven and a team player with proven experience in successfully navigating a complex, multi-culture matrix structure. Experience working within professional services is strongly preferred. The individual will also embrace change and innovation at every turn, building trust at all levels not just with senior leadership. It is essential to build trust with all levels and demographics of employees and stakeholders, not just senior leadership. They will demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactile experience in the design and implementation of HR programmes.
