The Company

Headquartered in Asia, our client is a leading semiconductor company with global footprint. They are preparing to expand its operations further in Asia and to consolidate its leading position in the market. For this, they are looking to hire a Taipei based Group Compensation Planning Lead.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Compensation and benefits, this global position will look at compensation structure and compensation design globally. Having experience in Asia Pacific and North America is a must. You will be responsible for compensation benchmarking, design for compensation programs and making area expertise recommendations.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Global C&B Lead with market experience in North America and Asia Pacific. You should have worked in a Group level position and gained experience in both consulting and corporate environments. You should be analytical, self-motivated and solution-oriented individual with ability to take initiative and drive improvements.
