We are working with a highly reputable multinational conglomerate, with significant engineering and manufacturing operations serving customers, from private consumers to major corporations and governments. The organisation has an expanding presence in Asia, and Indonesia is one of its key growth markets with a huge potential for future growth.
Based in Jakarta, the Head of HR will drive strategic support for the organisation in order to achieve business objectives. The role will encompass the full spectrum of HR skills, from C&B, recruitment and retention, industrial relations and performance management. Some of the key priorities for the role will be establishing a high-performance culture with close partnership with business leadership; building robust talent strategies to develop and retain top talent; driving significant change and transformation to help the organisation reach its ambitious goals.
Our client is looking for a seasoned HR Leader with proven track record in highly complex and fast paced multi-national organisation, ideally within Engineering, Heavy Industry or Manufacturing sectors solid experience working in Indonesia. A strong grasp of local HR laws and regulations and previous experience in managing multiple Unions would be significant experience. You must have a demonstrated ability to deal with, and implement, change in a fast growing, heavily matrixed organisation.
