As a mission-driven organization working with a broad range of public and private clients, this elite firm manages large-scale, global, social, and economic change initiatives across a network of 90 countries. The firm’s Americas region is experiencing significant growth and as a result, there is a need for a VP/head of Human Resources for the Americas region to help build an HR platform to drive future growth and success.
Reporting jointly to the CHRO and Managing Partner, the VP Human Resources will lead the HR team for the region. This is a true strategic Business Partner role and an agent of change. Although this is an Americas role, this position will have extensive global interactions with peers and other colleagues around the world.
The successful candidate will be a senior HR business partner with leadership experience working in organizations recognized for world class HR. He or she should be able to build scalable systems and processes that fit the business and be able to engage and align stakeholders to invest in their success. We are looking for a resilient character with a broad dynamic range, who can think strategically and operate at an elevated level, while being focused on, and adept at, ensuring impeccable execution. The ideal candidate will likely have worked in a services-oriented organization, and is able to deliver complex people-based solutions. We are looking for a self-starter and an expert coach who can “hit the ground running” and quickly win the confidence of the leadership and engage productively with the business and the HR team on a day-to-day operating level.
