We are partnering with a leading high-tech company in Switzerland that operates globally. As their business evolves to meet changing market demands, they are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for their primary business division. The footprint includes manufacturing facilities in several countries including Switzerland and the USA.
The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for leading all HR operations in Switzerland and has the strategic and coordinating HR responsibility for manufacturing locations abroad. The role involves providing guidance and support to both employees and leadership on transforming the HR function into a modern, people-focused and digital organisation. They will also work towards streamlining processes and promoting a collaborative and dynamic company culture.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience in a senior business partnering role in an international setting. They will have a strong understanding of HR fundamentals, as well as Swiss labor laws. They should possess both operational and strategic HR skills, project management experience, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, processes, and practices. Our ideal candidate should also possess strong business acumen and be comfortable working with international business leaders. They should be capable of designing and implementing new processes in a dynamic and transformative environment. Additionally, we expect the candidate to possess both hands-on and strategic skills.
