With its products sold in over 180 countries and a market leader in some of the world’s largest economies, our client is also recognized as a great place to work. Its Japan operation has close to 2000 employees and is considered one of the most critical markets in global operations.
In this role, located in Tokyo, you will drive the development and implementation of People Development, Talent Management, Learning and Development as well as leading the strategy supporting business and cultural to ensure the organization is meeting desired outcomes. Your mission will be to oversee the people development strategy, as well as establish processes to support business objectives, including localisation of global initiatives, into the local organization. This role will ultimately redefine the work force planning initiatives given the shift of business lines and customer engagement strategy.
You will have deep experience in Talent Management, Talent Development and Business Partnering and be able to demonstrate successes, failures and readily share achievements and trackable outcomes throughout your career. You will also have the ability to drive Organizational Effectiveness and to support the business achieving desirable and intended outcomes. A background in consulting and/or having worked on multi-faceted projects in complex, fast-paced, results-oriented organizations will be an advantage.
