As a market leader in the healthcare sector, this specialized company offers a portfolio of diagnostic solutions to patients and practitioners alike. Through both organic growth and acquisition, they have continued to expand their offerings to the medical industry. To support current and anticipated future growth, this small but incredibly impactful organization is looking for their first Global Head of Compensation & Benefits.
Working closely with the CHRO and other critical stakeholders, this role will be responsible for evolving the global Compensation & Benefits strategy to position the company as a leading organization for attracting and retaining talent and providing effective market insights and employee experience. This includes developing innovative strategies around bonuses, equity and benefits, as well as designing job architectures and executive compensation guidelines to translate business objectives into comprehensive C&B plans that support and enable the business growth.
You’ll need a minimum of 10 years Compensation experience and be familiar working in a high growth business within a medium sized organization. The end customer drives everything this business does, so this requires a consumer focused background. Although this is an international organization, given the predominant focus of the current employee population in the US, strong US equity experience is necessary. Ideally you will also bring knowledge of compensation committee reporting and presentation topics, and a hands-on approach.
