Backed by major global brands, this company is seeing positive growth with its software fast becoming an integral part to its customers and investors. This fast-paced tech organisation is a well-funded start-up looking for a capable hands-on Regional HR Leader to head up their European operations based in the South of France.

The Role

Based near Nice, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to support the growth and development of the business across the region, creating HR initiatives for a small yet talented population. You will have the maturity to take a both strategic and hands-on approach as required to support the ongoing, dynamic needs of this high-growth business. Key to success in this role is an ability to work in a high-pressure fluid environment where business objectives constantly flex to adapt to ever-changing market conditions. The company has aggressive growth plans for the region, and you will be responsible for helping to drive these talent-scaling activities.  

The Individual

The individual will be a senior HR Business Partner with a broad HR skillset, and experience of the technology industry within both a larger scale matrix organisation and a start-up environment. Your experience will guide your strategic approach to working with stakeholders globally on talent management initiatives and implementing solid HR practices to scale the business. The individual also needs the ability to take a hands-on approach, due to the entrepreneurial mindset of a small, yet fast-growth tech business. Fluency in French is preferred, and business level English is mandatory.
