The Role

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Chief HR Officer will be leading the end-to-end HR function for a large Malaysia business – from strategic partnership to operational support. This is a significant leadership role with a team of over 30 people, with an agenda to rebuild the team. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the Chief HR Officer will drive growth and transformation by building the right talent and organisational capabilities. As the CHRO, this person will also directly interact with the Board of Directors and Group Headquarters.  

The Individual

You should be an experienced HR professional with solid leadership experience and have worked in large multinational corporations. You should have a relevant Financial Services industry background and experience as a Head of HR for comparable businesses.
