The Global HRBP will be responsible for driving the people strategy and aligning it with the company’s long-term business goals. Working closely with key stakeholders globally to define and implement initiatives and support all strategic capabilities including driving talent retention, succession planning and capability development. A significant part of the work will involve providing strategic coaching and HR partnering across all processes, leadership development and ensuring the effectiveness of leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter, with a results oriented mindset and a proven track record of working with different HR models across various countries and in a multicultural environment. This person will be excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse cultures. This role requires both local and international travelling.
