This role will spearhead an initiative to enhance and revamp the talent Management function within one of the largest business units, aligning it with business objectives and enhancing its ability to attract top-tier talent in a competitive landscape. The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the BU. The Head of Talent Management Supply Chain role has been described as having the ability to reshape and develop the talent development approach, balancing the needs of internal and external resources while building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation. This is an Individual contributor role acting as a strategic Talent advisor with multiple stakeholders and a significant indirect influence.
The ideal candidate for this position should have experience of successfully operating within a matrixed, globally structured organisation. He or she will have managed and developed innovative talent solutions, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. This individual should ideally strike a harmonious balance between being a strategic leader and possessing a solid execution-oriented, hands-on skillset. Prior experience in spearheading transformation projects, and experience with managing change ideal.
