The Company

We are partnering with one of the market leaders in the Luxury Retail industry on their search for a Director, Talent and Learning in Thailand. They have ambitious growth plans in Indochina which is a very strategic geography for the organisation.

The Role

As part of the Global Talent team, the Director, Talent and Learning, will co-create, drive and deliver progressive Talent and Learning programs that are aligned with the organisation’s ambitious goals. As an inspirational leader, the position will build a diverse and trust-based team, manned with team players, working cohesively internally and externally and that embodies strong culture of collaboration. The role will also develop a strong internal leadership pipeline, with focus on developing local talent.  

The Individual

This critical leadership role calls for a global minded individual with a successful track record in designing and delivering world class Talent and Learning programs particularly for a large population of blue-collar workforce in Thailand. As this role is part of the Global Head of Talent’s leadership team, there will be a lot of interaction and co-creation opportunities with the Global HQ. As such, the Director Talent & Learning must have the gravitas, the executive presence and the strategic mindset to partner closely with some of the top executives in the organisation.
