Our client is a global healthcare organisation with headquarters based in the US and a progressive plan in China. Over the past few years, their operations have expanded greatly as they innovate in their field, and the next few years will be critical for the organisation to grow further. We are helping them to appoint a new China Head of Talent Acquisition based in Shanghai.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition, the position will be to create an effective and sophisticated talent acquisition platform. The role will not have any direct reports, however it will oversee the Recruitment Process Outsourcing team and shape the recruitment strategy for China. Partnering closely with the management team, the role will drive recruitment projects around employee value proposition, recruitment processes, market data and insights, and early talent programs.
We are looking for a strategic talent acquisition lead with a proven track record of managing talent acquisition programs and recruitment process outsourcing. Experience working in the healthcare, consumer goods, and technology industry is a plus. You should also possess strong communication and influencing skills.
