Our client is one of the leaders in the real estate investment industry, established for over 20 years.
Based in Singapore, the Head of HR leads a small team providing full HR support to the country business operations. The total population in this region is about 200 people, responsible for the development and implementation of strategic talent retention. The business is going through some disruptive transformation, hence requiring a strong HR leader who will help the organisation get to the next level of growth. This involves change management, building leadership capability, continuous development of the HR team, as well as building a stronger employer brand.
We are looking for a solid HR generalist/ business partner with strong cultural change/ transformation experience, exceptional leadership qualities and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Must demonstrate a proven track record succeeding in complex and matrixed organisations with excellent communication skills, resilience and solutions-focus.
