This organisation is a widely recognised global brand leader who specialises in high-quality consumer goods. Renowned for its innovative fashion and design, its products are highly sought after. As part of the firm’s long-term international growth strategy, they are now keen to look for a Learning & Development Head to join their China team.

The Role

 The position is based in Shanghai. Reporting to the APAC HR Head, this is an individual contributor role where you will work closely with regional and global HR teams across multiple product lines to provide best practice, guidance and coaching around the implementation and measurement of Learning & Development solutions. As a change agent, creating courses, hosting senior leaders discussions and facilitating trainings will be part of your responsibility as the organisation transforms.  

The Individual

You will need demonstrable experience in designing and delivering a training and learning platform within a highly matrixed environment. As a brand ambassador, there is no prerequisite for tenure within the consumer goods industry, as long as you have a passion for the industry. Vitally is required and you are a phenomenal relationship-builder with impeccable communication and presentation skills. You are comfortable working in an extremely dynamic and ambiguous environment.
