In-line with this major operational and cultural transformation, we are excited to be leading the search for a new Global Talent Acquisition Head. The position could be based in either the UK or Switzerland.
Reporting into the CHRO and a key member of the HR Leadership Team, this role will see you lead a robust global TA Strategy, proactively building organisational capability and creating internal and external talent bench strength. The remit is broad, including EVP/employer branding, marketing, systems, infrastructure, reporting, data and analytics; as well as graduate/executive hiring and driving a best-in-class candidate experience.
To be successful you will be a proven TA leader and strategic thinker who can handle the operational delivery required with energy and intensity. A track record and depth of knowledge in the technology sector and function will be highly preferred; as will a true international mindset and cultural awareness. People management is critical to success and you will be someone who thrives on complexity, change and accountability. You might be a global leader already in a small/mid-sized company or a regional leader looking to take the next step.
