This company is one of the South East Asia’s leading EduTech providers and is undergoing a period of expansion across the region.
With the assistance of a small team, this role will combine both strategic and operational elements including, developing and leading the effective implementation of annual and strategic Total Rewards Plans, Compensation & Benefits, guidance and solutions. It will work closely with the Head of HR and senior leadership team to support the business and employees across Singapore with expansions plans across South East Asia.
Key experience in leading a Compensation & Benefits/Rewards Team across Singapore and South East Asia, preferably from a Tech firm or progressive MNC would be beneficial. The key skills to success include the ability to effectively advise and partner the business leaders, collaboration, integrity and business acumen.
