The Role

This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and involves leading the entire HR function for a large Malaysian business. The responsibilities include providing strategic partnership and operational support. This is a crucial leadership position that involves managing a team of over 30 people and rebuilding the team. The CHRO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth and transformation by developing the right talent and organisational capabilities. As the CHRO, the person will also have direct interaction with the Board of Directors and Group Headquarters.  

The Individual

This role suits an experienced HR professional with strong leadership experience from large multinational corporations particularly within the Financial Services industry background. Previous experience as a Head of HR for a similar-sized business is preferred.
