Reporting to the CHRO, this role is based in New York City, and is responsible for ensuring that “best in class” HR practices and services are delivered to Customer Operations. A member of both the Human Resources Leadership Team and the business unit leadership team, this executive will drive the development and execution of a business-aligned HR strategy that supports the organizational and people needs of the business. This person will collaborate closely with HR Service Delivery and the Operations team to ensure alignment between global and location-based initiatives that impact Investors Employees. Serving as a strategic business partner this person will be a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant for senior leaders and leadership teams executing a complex change agenda and to improve leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight, and business performance. In addition, they will play an integral part of Customer Operations leadership team, having the credibility and business knowledge to be consulted and to actively contribute to overall business decisions.
We are looking for a highly experienced individual with an in-depth understanding of financial services industry and experience working in banking, financial technology, research, or consulting within an international capacity. They will have demonstrated experience leading a complex change agenda for a global business unit or division in a large, sophisticated, highly-matrixed organization. She/he will have a track record of delivering results across the full HR generalist portfolio, ideally with emphasis in the areas of organizational development and effectiveness. This executive will have led large, diverse and geographically-dispersed teams in a global business centers.
