The Company

Our client is a well-known financial services group and has presence in all major cities in the Asia Pacific. The company is experiencing rapid growth in the region and has established a very strong and successful base. To take the company to the next level they are looking for a forward thinking and experienced HR professional to join their senior management team.

The Role

Reporting to the Global CHRO. This role will be based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the Groups’ corporate divisions like marketing, legal, finance, etc. This position will lead a small team and will become an integral partner and consultant to  the divisions’ heads across the APAC region. Multiple stake-holder management is a key success factor.  

The Individual

This senior position requires over 15 years of HR experience particularly in HRBP roles at a leadership level with strong practical experience obtained from multi-national financial institutions. The position requires an enthusiastic individual to partner with senior business leaders from across the region. Equipped with excellent communication skills, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of efficiency and the ability to be an influencer in a fast-paced industry. Strategic mindset, creative and innovative, open to new ideas would be a great asset.
