The Company

This publicly listed retail group have recently embarked on an exciting, all-encompassing HR Transformation journey which will reform the function at all levels, across the entire business, with Singapore being the SEA Headquarters.

The Role

Partnering with the Head of HR, core strategic HR Team and Business Leaders, the HRBP will work closely with the stakeholders to drive and execute the HR Transformation Plan. Responsible for the Singapore and Malaysia markets, this role will be committed to building a high-performance culture and best-in-class capabilities, continually striving to making a difference in peoples’ lives, creating exciting careers and enriching work experiences. Working closely with Country COE teams to execute on HR deliverables required by the business/function to achieve their competitive advantage and long-term business goals.  

The Individual

With a solid HR Business Partnering background, we are seeking an individual with at least seven years’ experience in a fast-paced consumer, retail and/or complex business. Experience in South East Asia and/or Regional is essential. The candidate will need strong business acumen, decision making ability and experience in effectively navigating a highly matrixed organisation. You will be resilient, adaptable and tenacious with the ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on industry.
