The company owns a diverse portfolio of brands, distributed internationally through both digital commerce and retail channels. Very much an icon in its product area, the business aims to globalise even further and significant transformation is afoot in terms of AI, digital e-commerce markets and platforms. The UK & Ireland cluster is significant in terms of growth trajectory and both consumer and population size.
A pivotal Senior Talent Lead for UK & Ireland position has opened up. It requires excellent understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the UK & Ireland consumer markets. This is very much a strategic business partnering talent opportunity in a heavily-matrixed set-up with a sizeable team to manage. Demanding stakeholders will require a sharp-thinker and strong communicator with excellent pace and collaborations skills.
The appointment will require at least 12 years’ broad, generalist talent experience, and specifically an in-depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition functions and success. Strong technical skills are absolutely expected as is the ability to work in a transforming environment. Broader Talent Management exposure, including a strong working knowledge of Learning & Development strategy, is also sought.
