As part of the leadership team the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting multiple stakeholders and serving as the strategic point of contact to implement the people strategy and HR vision for this rapidly growing business. The primary responsibility for this role is to help shape and influence the global people strategy for the business ensuring local market implications are taken into account. As the business continues to evolve this position will be responsible for driving change management initiatives that will help build an organization that has the skills and capabilities to deliver against the growth agenda. This is both a strategic and tactical role and requires someone who can pivot between the two and a great opportunity for those who enjoy working across an organization in a “hands on” capacity.
Required experience includes 15 years in progressively responsible HR leadership roles, experience working in the professional services sector and a preference for those who have worked in performance-based environments. You will be commercially astute, demonstrate strong business acumen and will be focused on adding value. With a global mindset and outlook gained from experience working across different cultural environments you will have been successful driving significant change management projects in a matrixed environment. You will be data driven and analytical by nature, a strategic thinker who can partner with senior level stakeholders, but equally able to get into the details and execute on projects. Resilient and agile, you will be solution oriented with the tenacity and focus to drive performance improvement.
