The Company

We are representing a global leader in manufacturing solutions. A multinational organization of 40k+ employees, generating $15 billion in annual sales from operations that span 220 locations globally. Due to the nature of their products and customer needs, this company continues to defy current market recession trends and is experiencing strong growth. As a result, they are looking for a new Global Executive Compensation Director to join their team.

The Role

This newly created Global Executive Compensation Director role is part of an international team responsible for all aspects of top executive compensation including share plan management, external governance, and reporting (public disclosures, proxy statements and compensation committee preparation). Although the majority of the top execs sit in the US, this is a truly global role, and will work closely with senior stakeholders including the Group CHRO, CEO and board members. Leading a small team, this role will also be involved in other global compensation projects as they arise.

The Individual

Qualified candidates will have experience working in executive compensation within similar manufacturing environments with global exposure. A key requirement is having worked in a US publicly listed organization, as strong knowledge of SEC and US GAAP regulations etc is mandatory, and candidates without demonstrable experience in this area will not be interviewed. Proven success in all functional and technical aspects of executive compensation in the United States is necessary. In order to be successful, you’ll bring an entrepreneurial spirit and will have developed a cultural fluency from working in global matrixed organizations. Our client is also looking for someone with strong leadership and superior stakeholder management skills, in order to effectively influence in a decentralized environment.
