This role will lead the Global Partnering Services team, ensuring the delivery of complex and specialist HR services that support people leaders and employees in navigating HR challenges. The position is critical in stabilising the operation, embedding the new HR services model, and driving transformation initiatives.
This person will have extensive experience in leading a central HRBP hub or advisory service environment, specialising in customer engagement and advisory and support services. They will have a proven ability to manage and develop a globally dispersed HR advisory team, and come with strong strategic business partnering experience, operating at a senior level. In addition, they will need strong experience in overseeing International Employee Relations with hands-on experience in managing complex ER cases. Advanced knowledge of shared services/Global Business Services (GBS) models will also be a requirement.
