They have a significant challenge and ambition that’s success will depend on their Strategic Workforce Planning and management.

The Role

The Global Head Strategic Workforce Planning will report to the CHRO and is responsible for developing the strategic focus across skills management and Strategic Workforce Planning involving extensive project and change management. There is a large number of global stakeholders whereby extensive influencing and leadership skills will shape the success of this person. Building a further aligned community into the newly designed operating structure with the support of a small team will be critical. This role will develop and evolve in line with the business needs and the individuals career objectives.  

The Individual

The individual we are seeking will have a dedicated and extensive SWP background ideally in large global complex environments. Whilst there is an element of needing this individual to have done this before, this person will also need to be innovative and think differently to others in this area of expertise. Expertise is important but agility, individual flair and passion will be critical. Most importantly is someone who is able to foster collaboration and build synergies as a trusted advisor and leader. You will also have worked in high growth and technically oriented environments. This person can be based anywhere in Europe.
